Friends of Team Management Services

Over the past 15 years TMS has come into contact with a wide array of people in business and in the Public Sector. Many have become clients, some have been associates, and others are accredited in the tools of the Team Management System.

We like to think of this ever expanding group of people as 'Friends of TMS'.

In late 2002 Dr Paul Robinson, Managing Director and founder of Team Management Services (TMS) in New Zealand, decided to set up a regular article series which would be of assistance to 'Friends of TMS'. The idea is to take useful concepts and convert them into practical suggestions for Team and Leadership Development.

For example 'The Workplace Behaviour Pyramid' (author Dr Dick McCann of TMS) is an interesting and powerful model which provides 'Friends of TMS' a quick summary of three important instruments contained in the Team Management System. These tools could help you or your clients with their team and individual development requirements.

Each time a new article appears on this website, each person on the 'Friends of TMS Database' receives a very short email informing them about the article and its topic.

To keep it simple there are no passwords or user names to remember - simply click the links at left to read the articles, starting with the latest at the top.
