Accreditation in New Zealand
Access to and usage of the TMS Products is gained via a series of modular two-day
Accreditation Workshops which ensure in-depth understanding of the system, its theoretical and research base, ethical boundaries and practical application. Each Accreditation licenses individuals in particular instruments. There is no requirement to become accredited in all products although discounts apply for attending both modules. Accreditation is open to anyone and commonly obtained by HR development consultants, in-house HR employees, trainers and line managers. Once accredited you are an Accredited Network Member and will receive a number of membership benefits.

The cost of each two-day Accreditation Workshop is $2000 + gst. This includes comprehensive course materials, meals and refreshments. Register for both two day workshop together and receive a $1000 discount.

"We covered a lot of ground but the balance of input, personal reflection on the various instruments, and stimulating dialogue provided a good balance.
Fantastic tools!"
- Alex Sutherland, Consultant, ‘Lines of Sight’, Wellington
Things I like about the post accreditation support:
"Just a note to say thank you very much for rushing through those profiles. It was fantastic to have them so quickly and helped me provide great service to my client on a tight timeframe. I appreciate your excellent service! Thanks."
- Anna Russell, Vivante Consulting
"Fantastic! And I don't say that very often. TMS is wildly organized and reliable; all the packs came to me with all of the profiles that I expected in perfect order and well within time expectations. I was kept informed of what was happening and when I could expect things. We ran 16 workshops in all which required a whole lot of detail and knowing that TMS had it all under control meant that was one thing I didn?t have to worry about. Quite outstanding. In addition, I like the website ? easy for me to get into, get around, check details etc."
- Sara Broadhurst, Head of Human Resources, Chorus
