The Leadership Behaviours Profile has been built on a decade of history which has seen the eight factors remain the key focus areas for leadership development.
Leadership Behaviours Model

The eight factors are an executive summary of effective Leadership and the Profile affords a self and other rater (360) review of Leadership Performance.
“The LBP is a great tool as it focuses on leadership behaviours, however it is relevant across many positions in the organisation and people can relate easily to the behaviours described. The layout of the profile is good too and when used with the Development Guide, is a useful tool for formulating an action plan. I used both the LBP and the TM360 as the team was a mix of managers and staff and due to the similarity between the two instruments it was easy to talk about one and it be directly related to the other. Thank you also for your ability to turn things around so quickly and provide all the back up support I needed. They are great tools and I look forward to using them more in the future.”

Emotional Intelligence (EI)
The derived factor Emotional Intelligence (EI) has been expanded and more comprehensively reported in the profile. It now utilises an enhanced version of Goleman’s model by providing results on a second order overall EI factor utilising 30 of the 64 questionnaire items.
The EI section of the profile is then elaborated further by a more in-depth assessment of an individual’s:
Self awareness;
Self management;
Social awareness;
Social skills;
Communication effectiveness.
Each profile report now receives a comparison between the recipient’s ‘self’ and ‘other’ EI results and the norm data from the LBP database.
The result is presented by overall EI, and then separately by each sub-factor, both graphically and with personalised individual feedback. Advice on those areas where an individual scores high and low is included in the report.
An accompanying 'Development Workbook' ensures participants go through the feedback, arriving at an effective personal development action plan.
