Leadership Development Programmes

 

The skills and attributes of Leadership are more important than ever in today’s highly competitive and rapidly changing business environment. TMS offers two levels of Leadership Training.

Both levels incorporate three key tiers of leadership development:

  • Understanding current, practical, and relevant leadership theory.
  • Reviewing performance through actual workplace feedback using both 360° and personal development instruments.
  • Action learning to reinforce concepts, insights and feedback, and develop new skills.

 

 

Leadership Development Programme - Level One

Who should attend:
Designed for people who are responsible for people, products, or processes and who require people and planning leadership skills.

It is perfect for individuals who are stepping up to their first leadership position, or managers/team leaders who would benefit from workplace feedback and an update of contemporary leadership principles.

Leadership Development Programme - Level Two

Who should attend:
The advanced course is designed for leaders of people and teams. It is also ideal for those middle managers that are being developed for potential promotion.

The course provides an intensive review of leadership and team performance, dealing with issues and concepts commonly encountered in management roles.
Participants leave the programme having developed detailed action plans which incorporate ideas for enhancing their personal leadership style, and strategies to increase team performance.
