    Good to Great
This book addresses a single question: Can a good company become a great company, and if so, how?

Based on a five year research project comparing teams that made a leap to those that did not, Good to Great shows that greatness is not primarily a function of circumstance; but largely a matter of conscious choice and discipline. This book discusses concepts like Level 5 Leadership, First Who (first get the right people on the bus, then figure out where to drive it), and the Hedgehog concept.

“TMS2 has been by far the best personal development course that I have been on. I have been on a number of such courses before and have been disappointed, but this one has been brilliant and most insightful.”
- Alan McDermott, Anzco Foods

“I have been on several courses over my career. Without doubt, your course has added the most value to me now, and moving forward. You have given me the tools to enhance my style and I am certain I will become a better leader because of it. Thank you TMS.”
- Grant McBeath, Nokia

“The TMS leadership programmes allowed me to re-evaluate myself. For me, there were some area's within my professional development that I wasnt making much progress with. TMS taught me to recognise what behaviours I display both consciously and unconsciously that were causing lack lustre results.

Gaining honest and open feedback from my peers was vital to understanding how I was perceived by others. What was most concerning was how easily I could be more successful by simply being more aware of how I approach and deal with others. Why hadn't this occured to me before! I highly recommend both Level 1 and Level 2 to all. ”
- Kristy Grant, Manager, Crown Marketing
