I have thoroughly enjoyed completing this accreditation. All modules have been particularly useful, and I now have a clear understanding of the features, benefits and application of the LBP. I feel ready and confident to use the LBP.
It was enjoyable completing the accreditation. I especially enjoyed learning about the standard deviations, which is an incredibly helpful way to highlight differences in behavioural perception. The Pulse Reports are also great tools for creating consistency and accountability.

I found the core factors and logic behind the factors useful. I found the audio clear and useful as it allowed me to listen and read at the same time. I feel well prepared to start using the Profile and good to have the guides as refresher / reference material.
I found Module 2 - How the eight-factor core model can be used to understand the required behaviours from a leadershp perspective, and Module 5 - The Pulse Report particularly useful. I feel extremely ready to start using the Proifile. I have a very good understanding of the LBP.
I have really enjoyed completing the accreditation. I found the way it was delivered with audio videos but also working through the booklet while completing it incredibly useful. I feel like I have a good understanding of all of the different profiles but also how to facilitate group sessions and one on ones so our employees get the most out of them. Yes - I am ready, I can't wait
It was great to get back into this again. I found the LDP particularly useful, I love the Development Energy Index! And seeing how you give feedback both at the primary LBP and pulse. I am ready and keen to profile a client who has put our work on hold for a month or two. I think this could be a good development tool for one of the directors.

I have found completing this accreditation great and very inspiring, easy to follow. I found the following modules very useful - Module 2 Eight Core Factors of Leadership Behavior and Emotional Intelligence intelligence, Module 7 & Module 9.
I found the indications on how to use this in groups with a suggested time format useful; the pulse report of the LBP, as with the other assessments, is a key component, and how the Emotional Intelligence measure fits in as compared to the ESI. I am very ready to start using the suite of profiles.
I enjoyed the process of this accreditation and find the notion of a Pulse report especially valuable. I appreciated the depth of module four about the content of the report. I feel very ready to start using the Profile. Having experience debriefing other profiles helps with the process.

Strategic Intelligence Profile (SIP)
Love the strategic priorities - ie getting manager and participant to rate which are the top priorites and see the difference.
It was clear and easy to follow. I appreciated the different materials for different learning styles (text, visuals, audio, video). Modules 4 (content of a report) and 5 (getting ready to use the Profile) were very helpful. I fell pretty ready to start using the Profile. Modules 4 - 5 were very helpful
High Performing Team (HPT) Profile
This has been a well structured, informative and smartly paced online learning experience, thank you! I have found all areas useful, particularly when referencing both the accreditation guide and the sample report.
I enjoyed the Sample Profile activity (using Precision Forge!). This is a practical way to learn the theory. I feel ready to GO!
I am not a person who prefers to learn by reading. For this reason, I liked module 2 (the one that had the quizzes) as it allowed me to reflect and interact on the content better. Given my busy schedule at the moment it was useful to be able to do the learning at my own pace.
I did enjoy it, understanding the success factors and how to pinpoint areas for improvement. I'm keen to give it a go.
I have enjoyed completing this online learning. My team did the HPT and I can understand how some of the elements come together now. I found the Module 4 - Content of a report - was very useful.
Modules were useful and easy to follow with page references. Interpreting some of the data and stats was also useful to make conclusions and interpretations easy.
I enjoyed seeing how the Star Performing Teams has evolved to this great refreshed team development tool. Module 5 (preparing to use the profile) was a great reminder that thorough preparation enables you to facilitate a quality tool to the benefit of the team.
