The workshop provided good helpful information and relevant examples with the points covered. The facilitator spent time connecting with us individually, which was a lovely platform to start from. It was well laid out and good breaks during the online delivery.

I love the profile tool itself. My own TMP was very accurate which gives me confidence in the data. I loved the resources and training and feel encouraged that I can reach out to Pete if I get stuck. He has so much knowledge and experience he made the training easy and engaging. It is a lot of info, but I think splitting it up really helps. I love that I have access to the presentations and resources so I can keep following it up and relearning as I go.

I was extremely interested in the content which kept me engaged. The training focusses on the TMP Content, which is brilliant!

It was a small group so we had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Peter had lots of great stories and examples to share.

As was online, the frequent breaks meant I found it easy to concentrate and also gave a good mini brain break between concepts.

I really enjoyed relating what we were learning to our own TMP profiles and getting to hear more about real life experiences, so we could understand it more in a relatable way. Learning about the module works was really interesting too.

Getting to know that TMP focuses on work preferred, which is awesome. It's usually worldwide and shows the credibility of it. I am excited to utilize this.
